It is not a pleasant thing to think about death. However, Lauren made the whole process straightforward and explained the key points we needed to consider. Friendly efficient service, very good communucation, and value for money.

I made an appointment to see a Solicitor called Aimee Young regarding the above. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. This was a difficult time for the family and she put me at ease. Would highly recommend Aimee and Thornton's.

I wanted to appoint a power of attorney after I became ill and I was hospitalised. The process was handled extremely quick with all the information required by both myself and my son actioned and relevant paperwork signed by all parties within one week. Not knowing when I will get home, this gave me a great sense of relief in the knowledge that all my personal matters could be dealt with in the event of my health deteriorating.

From my first telephone conversation to receiving my documents, it was a seamless and efficient experience. Everyone i spoke to was so friendly, helpful and everything was explained to me thoroughly. My documents were ready extremely quickly. I also liked the fact that pricing was explained and set out in my first correspondence with the Firm.
