Absolutely unacceptable
We approached this firm at a crucial stage but we'll over 8 months prior to a scheduled trail. Despite providing all the information and disclosure they failed to serve our defence until 3 weeks before the trail. This was rejected and the decision came against our lead Trustee. The asked us to ignore court deadlines and in many ways misled us throughout. Absolutely unacceptable
