Andrew Burrows dealt with the sale of our home and subsequent purchase of our new property. He was patient, thorough and concise at every stage of the process. The purchase was by no means straight forward, but Andrew persisted with our queries to get a resolution. He was in touch with us regularly and was very rarely unavailable when we tried to contact him- if he was in meetings, he would always call us back the same/next day. He even opened the office early for us to sign our contracts, as we couldn't get the extra time off work.

We used TInsdills to buy our first house and they were fantastic! The service was really quick and they kept us up to date with everything. I can’t fault them and will definitely be using them in the future. Lovely staff-couldn’t be happier

Used Tinsdills when buying our first home 3 years ago, and have just used them to sell that home and buy a new one, very highly recommended, went out of there way to accommodate our needs and very friendly staff. Top job Tinsdills would definitely use again in the future.

We dealt with Tinsdilla a couple of times last year. My mum was dying and wanted to sort out her wishes herself. Which the solicitors were brilliant about. Mum was treated with much respect and thought by Emma Marrow. Something that I will always be grateful for.
During this time we had the house up for sale and we dealt with Andrew Burrows, Andrew was great. The house was due to sell just as mum was taken into the Dougie Mac. The purchasers were amazing and wanted us to take whatever time we needed, they would have been happy to wait for us. This was arranged by both of the solicitors should we have needed it. It was a very sad time for us and mum lost her battle 5 days before completion. We wanted to go ahead so that we were following her last wish to make sure Dad would be ok. Andrew and his team were amazing, they dealt with everything smoothly without any unnessecary calls. Tinsdills without a doubt made those last few months much easier for us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

A professional and friendly service
I particularly was impressed by the use of credas which meant there was not lots of paperwork to go through. I'm not the most computer literate of people but I found this system easy to use, efficient and speedy. Well done to all the team.

Fantastic Service
Tinsdills Solicitors have dealt with my Mum's house, which has been a very difficult time for myself as my Mother was put in to a nursing home, which was very hard for me to deal with. Also recently passing away, Andrew dealt with everything , so as not to give me any more stress. Thank you so much
