Easy to Speak to and Understand
Youngs were easy to speak to and they were easy to understand.
I feel I was well informed and kept up to date with my case. Youngs kept on my initial lawyer to deal with my parole hearing, even though she'd actually left the firm. I feel this really helped as they were familiar with my case.
I would recommend using Youngs, especially for anyone going for parole. Many thanks to the team

The Release of IPP
After 8 years in the community I was recalled for another allege, I was released and recalled again a year later. I have just received confirmations my re release, I was granted and given a brilliant service. I could not of asked for better to be honest, Sara was brilliant on the day and Cathy and Katy on reception have been great in dealing with queries I have had.

Parole Hearing 20 years in Jail. 2 Year Tariff got release 1st time of representing me

Parole Board
I have been within my parole window since 2018 and my day came and I was granted release from prison. As a life sentenced prisoner that have served 30 years, all I can say to people in my situation is don't give up hope, your day will come.

Always Responsive
I feel like Youngs are an old school solicitor in the sense that nowadays, due to legal aid cuts and backlogs in the system, a lot of firms leave you feeling like you don't matter. I know that myself and my loved ones are never left feeling that way with Youngs.
Every question gets and answer. I would also commend the secretaries and reception staff who go out of their way to help.

Great legal knowledge
