Happy with advice
Very happy with the advice and help given by Samera. She was very easy to deal with and all aspects of sorting out Power of Attorney for my father were dealt with promptly and with sensitivity. My father is currently in hospital but Samera visited and telephoned him to ensure that he was happy with arrangements. Everything ran very smoothly.

Power of Attorney
The options for a Scottish Power of Attorney for me were clearly explained by Ms Samera Ali, Senior Solictor at Miller Hendry. She called when she said she would, with the information I was seeking to allow me to decide how to progress. Ms Ali kept me informed at all times and has explained the timescale and process of a POA. I was very satisfied by Miller Hendry's service.
