Service above and beyond.
Dealing with Nazia on a recent property transfer was a absolute pleasure. Was kept updated throughout the whole process. The work she completed, she handled effectively with the minimum of fuss, and professionalism.
She also kept me updated while she was away from work, in her own personal time.
