Sefaret is one of the founding partners at MIYA specializes in Personal Injury with over 20 years of experience. She completed her LLB Law Degree in Turkey then she completed her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School. Sefaret was one of the most successful partners at a large high street firm of solicitors in London where she practiced for more then 10 years. She worked in a very busy and successful Personal Injury team handling most complicated high value cases, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, medical negligence cases, serious injury and fatal high court cases. She is a determined person aiming to get best results for her clients and her determination made her a good litigator who is able to handle a challenging caseload, both through negotiations and the courts. Sefaret has good communication skills and relations with local Turkish and Kurdish speaking communities which made her well known in the communities in London. She has taken active part in marketing doing a live radio programs every week and given advice on personal injury cases. She also wrote regular articles for a local newspaper in London. She still does TV programs in Turkish that still makes her known in the community. Sefaret is fluent Turkish and Kurdish and is actively involved with the Turkish and Kurdish Communities. Sefaret enjoys reading and travelling in her spare times.
