Divorce Financial Settlement Advice
A very knowledgeable solicitor who was extremely effective and really did listen to everything I told her. Her advice was mainly in line with my intentions. I had been put in an almost impossible position but at the end of the appointment I now had a definite plan of action. A follow up written summary of our discussions followed by email the following day. Thank you.

Unsatisfactory
Awful experience. Considering she is purported to have domestic abuse experience she questioned my experience and lacked empathy. I was charged unnecessarily for certain things but did not have the capacity to argue it at the time. She spoke to and treated me so badly that I dreaded her calls but I was so vulnerable at the time and felt so deep in and concerned about the money spent that I persevered. I would not recommend her to domestic abuse related cases. I did not feel that she was working in my best interest because of how she spoke to and treated me. She gave me incorrect advice in the presence of a domestic abuse support worker and then later denied it, that incorrect advice cost me dearly in my case. In the end I did not trust anything she said. There were restraining orders in place to protect us but she said I could not claim anything against the fact that I was made to pay so much more due to no fault of my own, which I don't believe. The only positive was she encouraged a court order and she was efficient at the negotiating but I do wish I had gone elsewhere.

Very recommended
Wheb I was battling my baby dad in court I had 5 different solicitors and 2 different companies but franka Webb at biscos was the best out of them all I woukd highly recommend them 100%

Rude, Dismissive and Negative
Franca was very difficult to deal with, would not listen when trying to discuss some aspects of my case and was generally unpleasant.
In Court, she was very negative, urging me to accept the awful offer from the other side, but I stood my ground and achieved what I wanted.
I would never, ever recommend her.

Many thanks for supporting me through my separation and divorce.
Franca’s advice was clear and straight forward.
I was expecting the law to be fair and just but was upset to find that it allowed my husband to continually be unreasonable and untrue, at my expense, which left me two options, give up and he move back home or hold on and ride it out.
I’d also like to thank Franca for recommending Biscoes with transfer of deeds/equity. So swift and professional.
