Excellent Service
We instructed Serena to deal with our late father’s estate. We were guided through the whole probate process with knowledge, compassion and understanding making a difficult time as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Will - Probate - LPA's
I used Lucas & Wyllys following the death of my wife. Both Emma and Serena were extremely sympathetic and guided me through probate, a new Will and LPA's for health & welfare.
They made everything as easy as possible during what was a very difficult time. I particularly like the fixed fees so I knew right from the start what costs were involved.
At the end of the day everything went very smooth and I have no hesitation in recommending L & W to anyone in a similar situation to the one I found myself in.

Very professional

Very efficient
Serena was extremely helpful in working with us to make new wills. Explained everything, sent a draft, slight changes made. Went in today to finalise and sign. I would recommend Serena.
