Pre-charge stage

So far, throughout the pre-charge stage, my impression of the team couldn't be higher. From my initial call with Andrew I was told very clearly what the process would look like. The assigned team of Ravi, Katie, and Charlotte have got to know me incredibly well and treat me with respect and compassion at all times. Their availability and generosity with their time is impressive and reassuring. Along the way they have achieved 2 major bail variations which have significantly improved my life. They advise me as solicitors, and also treat me as a friend. I look toward the eventual outcome of my case, fully satisfied that the whole team work with me in such close quarters that they represent me fully and accurately and hence are able to put forward the most compelling case possible.
