From the start expectations where set out by Stephanie and Jessica. Buying and selling your home can be frustrating and difficult but I can absolutely assure anyone reading this review, when the chips are down and things have to get done, everyone @ McHale and Co will have your back. They are a true example of a team coming together to make a purchase and a sell complete on time. (Obviously when all documents and checks are in place) I have absolutely no problem recommending them at all.

Supportive and professional
Steph was so supportive during my Transfer of Title process. She was always on hand to answer any questions, and I felt that she was very transparent when explaining the process and the likely timeframe. She answered all of my queries and took the time to explain the process to me when I was unsure. I had a tight deadline that I needed to meet and Steph worked diligently in order to get everything processed when it didn't look possible. I would recommend Steph to anyone moving house!

Outstanding service
Stephanie managed our house move which was just before the rise in stamp duty earlier this year, so became really high pressured towards the end with a tight deadline. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place to make sure we moved on the planned date. Her communication with us and with the rest of the chain was the driving force behind keeping the move on track and I can't thank her enough for efforts on the day of our move. I would highly recommend Stephanie.

Amazing service
Steph was truly excellent for our house sale and onward purchase. She was diligent, hard working and very efficient. Steph kept the whole process moving and it honestly wouldn't have gone as smoothly without her!
She kept us updated regular and was incredibly quick to act with issues caused by others in the chain. We've used Steph for our two house moves and would have absolutely no hesitation with using her again.

Amazing Stephanie got us moving
I cant thanks Stephanie enough for all her hard work including other in the team Michelle and Jessica. They knew we had a tight deadline after previous buyers pulling out. They not only helped me they also help push the buyers solicitors to get everything moving. Stephanie is professional, helpful and above all caring of her clients. I used McHales now for conveyancing and for Will, Power of Attorney. They have me great on all 3.

Stephanie Mellor
Stephanie was amazing from start to finish with helping us sell our house/buy our new house. She explained the process very clearly to me (our last move was 28 years ago so we'd long forgotten the process) and kept us informed very step of the way. She was very calm and patient but most importantly very supportive - I couldn't recommend Stephanie highly enough and she certainly made the daunting task of moving so much easier.

I cannot fault the service we had at all.
Extremely reliable, efficient, helpful and approachable for any queries we had. We have used them twice now for moving and would definitely use them again if needed. Personally, I couldn't make any recommendations to improve the service as we were completely satisfied with the service we received.
