Charlotte has considerable experience in providing strategic support to businesses on complex redundancy/ restructuring processes, TUPE/ outsourcing and regularly advises on employment matters arising out of mergers/ acquisitions. She takes time to properly understand her clients’ objectives so as to deliver practical, commercially driven solutions, empowering her clients to make informed decisions with confidence. Charlotte draws on her previous in-house secondment experience to communicate risk to clients, ensuring that they understand the real-world implications of the solutions available to them.
