Lisa joined Manak Solicitors in 2018 managing the Compliance and HR Department after spending 10 years in legal compliance. As a qualified Lexcel Consultant and Associate CILEx member, Lisa has extensive knowledge of our Regulator’s requirements, securing quality accreditation schemes, such as Lexcel and CQS each year and ensuring all staff work to strict policies and procedures to mitigate any potential risks to the firm. She actively assists the firm in its operational and strategic plans. In 2022, Lisa attained the Advanced Legal Practice Risk and Compliance accreditation, giving a strategic approach to legal practice risk management. By being practical in her approach, she balances compliance of statutory regulation without compromising the high standard of service to our clients. As an Associate member of CIPD, Lisa also manages the day to day aspects of the HR department, looking after new and existing staff. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys visiting the gym, cooking and socialising with family and friends.
