First contact with April King was very positive. I explained my husband and myself both wanted to make new wills and arrange Lasting Power of Attorney's for both of us. I received through the post a guide to explain "How to Protect Your Legacy", which we found very informative and gave us a lot to think about.
An hour's telephone appointment was arranged with Martin Jones a few days later. He was very professional, listened to our suggestions, asked lots of questions, gave us some recommendations. He made sure we understood everything and told us we could contact him if we had any more questions. All the completed documents were received, agreed, signed by us and returned. Just a slight hiccup, which was quickly sorted out. We now await completion of the process
We have been very happy with our Solicitor and with the whole April King experience.

Wills - smooth & painless
The whole process was so smooth & painless with Martin being knowledgeable, patient & thoroughly professional.
Was 'kept in the loop' all the time &; responses (to questions via e-mail or phone) were prompt and completely adequate.
Fees were slightly lower than comparable law firms & explained full upfront and didn't vary from initial price.
I would HIGHLY recommend April King Legal services via remote phone enabling.

Writing of Wills
We needed to change our Wills as one of the beneficiaries had died. We received excellent advice from Martin (Jones) on options to consider.
We found Martin to be very objective and honest and we are to review and sign our Wills in a few days.

Very helpful
Your representative was extremely helpful from the start of our enquiry. Although it was pre-Christmas, he gave us all the time needed for our queries re our will update and also visited at the final stage.
