Hello, I am Philip Hall, Director and Owner of Hall’s Property Lawyers. I look forward to being able to help you with your home or business property needs. I am also (for now) the sole principal in the company (qualified originally as a solicitor but now practising as a Licensed Conveyancer) and will personally be dealing with your conveyancing. I have set up my own company because I felt that I needed to be able to offer clients the extra time and attention that they wanted at stressful and difficult times. The pressure of overheads and billing targets for other bosses made it difficult to deliver that cost effectively. Something I can now do.
