Jacqueline Barr is a highly experienced Senior Associate Solicitor, specialising in agricultural and land-based law, whose pragmatic, diligent and personable approach is very much appreciated by her clients and by fellow professionals. Jacqueline acts for landowners and lenders in the buying, selling and re-financing of rural land and has considerable experience and understanding of often associated issues such as access and drainage rights; wayleaves, easements and options in connection with utilities; as well as more specialist aspects such as the sale and purchase of sporting rights; and the negotiation of overage agreements in connection with sale or diversification. Jacqui has specialised in advising on the legal aspect of agricultural and property since qualifying in 2011 and joined Harrowells from another North Yorkshire firm based in the Ryedale area.
