Conveyancer

I have worked in the Conveyancing Department since joining Butterworths in 2009 as a legal assistant. In 2012 I briefly worked at another firm as a trainee conveyancer and returned to Butterworths in early 2013 where I continued training as a conveyancer by taking on my own files alongside my role as a locum within the firm. During my time in conveyancing, I have dealt with a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters including leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, auctions, transfers of equity, remortgages and adverse possession applications.
