In 2012 I briefly worked at another firm as a trainee conveyancer and returned to Butterworths in early 2013 where I continued training as a conveyancer by taking on my own files alongside my role as a locum within the firm. During my time in conveyancing, I have dealt with a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters including leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, auctions, transfers of equity, remortgages and adverse possession applications.

Good Service & value for money
Lizzie acted for us with a buy & sale of a home, we had clear, easy to understand advise and the whole process was pretty straight forward, I would like to personally thank Lizzie for going the extra mile on completion day as we didn't complete until after office hours but Lizzie stayed on to ensure we could move in to our new house.

Kept in budget
