J Sweeney had acted for us before so it was a simple decision to ask her to act in the sale of my uncles property. As ever, Jayne was utterly professional and extremely effective - particularly in communicating with ‘the other side’ when they were ‘dragging their feet’ - I don’t know what ‘rocket fuel’ she used but within a few weeks we had exchanged and completed which was a huge relief to us, as sellers - and to our buyer. Brilliant, helpful and really easy to talk to - first class!

We had a seriously complicated, long and protracted sale and purchase that happily concluded successfully end of 2021. Jayne Sweeney at Bradley Solicitors Dover was just incredible! Through some extremely difficult times, she earned our trust and managed our stress with calm professionalism and kindness, her expertise was reassuring to say the least.
Should we ever have the misfortune of a house move again (!!!) - we would most certainly ask Jayne to act on our behalf. Highly recommended

The fees are very expensive with add ons. No details of how the invoice is arrived at even when asked politely to provide a detailed breakdown, nothing forthcoming just a copy of the original invoice. Doesn't tell you anything just gives a total price not how its arrived at. I have written again asking for a detailed breakdown but not holding my breath. Will probably write to the Law Society and complain to them as there is no one to complain to at Bradleys only the Solicitor that dealt with it in the first place. They had to re type a statement that was needed for The Land Registry and charged us twice, but if they had done it correctly in the first place this would not have been needed. It was their fault but we were charged for their inefficiency.
