Awful service
We completed on our house in June 2021. 12 months to the date we had been chased for more money despite paying the bill in full on completion. Turns out they had not registered myself and my wife as the deed holders with land registry and still to this day have not actioned this. They do not answer their phone or call you back despite saying they will. They will also not return voicemails.
