Ann Marie joined the Rooney Family Law team in February 2020. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in Child and Family Law. Ann Marie is accredited as a Family Law Specialist by the Law Society of Scotland. She is also instructed independently by the courts as a Child Welfare Reporter. She provides Reports to the Courts in disputed residence and contact cases relating to the welfare of children. She has a wealth of experience in complex financial provision cases, cohabitation claims and matters regarding residence and contact to children and relocation cases. She is patient and considerate and resolution focused.
