Brilliant conveyancing service from Shuhel and his team for my purchase of an investment property. Shuhel kept my up to date throughout the process via email, text and phone call and he always replied to my enquiries within a couple of hours. Had Shuhel Ahmed handle our recent conveyancing. He kept us informed all the way, was friendly and helpful. Anything we were unsure about he was only too happy to help. Extremely happy with the service from Pepperells. Especially our solicitor Shuhel Ahmed. Although the house we wanted didn’t go through in the end, Shuhel was professional and very thorough in helping us through the experience as first time buyers. He was always punctual and didn’t leave us waiting around for answers. We will definitely be using Pepperells in the future.

Professional Service
Let me be the first to say that at times I wonder why we require solicitors because signing documents should be easily done between clients. Then, I experienced a house transfer that made me understand why, not only are they needed, but it is imperative to have the right representation in place! Fortunately, I had this from the beginning by choosing Pepperells. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process & made sure my best interests were their number one priority. The transfer wasn't easy as it was full of complications, but I always felt that I was in capable hands & the professionalism of Shuhel Ahmed made the entire difference. He is the reason Pepperells is the only firm I shall consider using in the future for any legal needs I may require.

Efficient and professional

Will service and conveyance
I have used Pepperells for the Will service for my dad and the conveyancing service for the sale of his property. The need for these services was very sensitive, preparing for the loss of my dad and in the legal matters following. Everyone I was in contact with regarding this matter was very sensitive and understanding of this. As I had very little knowledge of the process I never felt and questions I had were silly and were always very helpful. I have used Pepperells twice and and o will be using them again for any future legal matters. I would also like to say have very great full I am for your help in this very difficult time making this process go as smoothly as it did.

Great service yet again.
Pepperells have become my go to firm for all my conveyancing needs thanks to Shuel Ahmed. I am a returning client, and have used them on several occasions now. Shuel works very swiftly and gets the job done promptly. Good communications. I was kept informed all the way through the process moving forward.
Although they are more on the expensive side compared to other local competitors, I will still be returning again due to the level of service I receive from Shuel everytime. Thank you again Pepperells and I will see you again soon!
