Needed a solicitor who could represent me after an accident.
After making initial enquiries with JCP Solicitors I was assigned a lady called Dana.
Dana was very professional as well as being sympathetic and friendly.
Every single step was explained and Dana was always there for me either with email or a telephone call.
I would highly recommend this firm of Solicitors as you are treated like a person and they will always do their best to help and advise you through the whole process.

Excellent, "Over and Above"
Legal matters can be a nightmare to someone with no prior experience but Dana immediately took me under her wing. She gave not only guidance but reassurance and encouragement, patiently answered my many questions and helped cut down my long-winded lists (e.g. about how the accident had affected me) down to size!
As well as a very competent professional, she comes over as truly caring and trustworthy.
I hope I won’t need Dana’s services ever again but, now that the case is concluded, I miss her!

Excellent service and settled my claim well
Considering some delays because of covid and the other party delaying responding it was settled in a good time frame and I was happy with the result. The solicitors were excellent and very good at communicating throughout and with my defense.
