How are they allowed to practice? I've raised a complaint with the Ombudsman. Negligent - no cover at all when the solicitor was absent. Inept - completion statement supplied long before the conveyance was complete that was, of course, incorrect. Finally, failed to declare the interest that had accrued in the client account until asked and then didn't immediately send the funds, or accurately account for how the calculation was made. I am scarred by the experience of dealing with this firm and still dealing with their ineptitude a year after completion.

Highly recommend you DO NOT USE these solicitors. I’m in the process now of filing a complaint and contacting a financial ombudsmen as their service was just awful. Awful service, bad communication, rarely called back or replied to messages left, they may be cheaper than usual but it’s not worth the amount you’d save for the stress you’ll endure!
