I am an employment lawyer with over 15 years’ experience. I have worked within specialist employment law practices in the City, West End and at a leading regional law firm. I represent clients across a range of industries including retail and hospitality, media and technology, not-for profit, recruitment, education, healthcare and financial and professional services. My extensive experience representing both businesses and individuals means I have a thorough understanding of employment law issues from both perspectives, which has proven instrumental in negotiating successful resolutions for my clients. Throughout my career I’ve supported businesses of all sizes, and I’ve acted for employees at all levels of seniority. I advise my clients on all aspects of employment law. This includes drafting tailored employment documentation which meets specific business needs and mitigates risk. I support my clients with disciplinaries and grievances, misconduct investigations, redundancies, business reorganisations and sales. I have vast experience advising on family friendly rights including flexible working requests and discrimination. When an employment relationship comes to an end, I advise my clients on the enforceability of non-competes, complex employee departures and settlement agreements. I am also experienced in representing my clients in employment tribunal claims. I develop strong and longstanding relationships with all my clients. I’m flexible and approachable and I work hard to support my clients in achieving their desired outcome, always providing clear and practical advice along the way. I deliver in-house training and workshops on key employment law developments. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and The Law Society. Outside of work I enjoy travelling and cycling, although I spend most of my time entertaining my three young children!

Great support during a stressful time
Was going through a stressful time being pressured by a company to sign a mutual agreement to leave. Jennifer provided great support even during our initial intro call, it made sense to continue to work with her during the process. We tried initially for me to interface, and she ended up jumping in to help keep things moving. I really appreciate the time she took, and was thorough about everything!

Support for employment issues.
Jennifer was clear on what support she could offer and clear on how she works and costs of her services. Jennifer was good at keeping me informed and planned discussions with notice and responded to emails quickly.
I really think that having legal advice helped change the outcome for me. It was good for me to clalify the law and expectations that I should have with a responable employer and the gaps in the procedures that were followed. I had a positive outcome and think that having Jennifer working on my case helped.

Invaluable advice and support

Thorough, professional and patient
