A big thank you.
I was initially supported by Kayleigh and then Adam in pursuit of a negligence claim against the NHS. From day one L&B have been professional, sensitive and supportive. Both Kayleigh in the first instance and Adam in the main part were exemplars of this. My claim was not straight forward and was unattractive to the household names who advertise their ability to handle medical negligence claims but L&B listened and I felt, really wanted to help me express my absolute disappointment with the NHS’s failure of care. The final result was a settlement way beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend the L&B team highly enough.

Medical Negligence Claim.
Adam was my solicitor on a Medical Negligence claim and I am very grateful that he was, the support I received from Adam was nothing short of amazing. Adam kept me updated with every detail of my case, explained things to me in what I'd call "my terms".
Adam really got to know me over the 5 years, on many occasions I wanted to give up and he kept me going. Adam always went that extra mile, a listening ear when it was needed.
Adam is an amazing solicitor and an amazing man and I feel very fortunate to have met him.

A firm that cares
We were assigned Adam as the representative for our Medical Negligence case and he has been outstanding from the outset. He has been compassionate at all times and has also been clear and transparent about what will happen and the time frames. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
Handing over this case/information to a solicitor was difficult for us as we knew all the ins and outs of the incident that took place. Adam soon put our minds at ease on the very first meeting. We feel that Adam took time to understand the details, small or large, of the incident. He always makes sure we understand everything, expectations, outcomes, costs, etc. We are kept up to date with the progress of our case on a regular basis. We are able to easily contact him when ever we need via email or by telephone. Meetings have taken place by Zoom in the comfort of our own home. We feel that Adam, at all times, put us first, prioritising our case, giving it his full attention. He is extremely sensitive to our situation and is fully aware how upsetting these things can be. We feel there is nothing that he wouldn't do to ease our anxieties or concerns that have arisen since we started this process. His care, attention, sensitivity and professionalism has been exemplary.

Professional company
From the start of our dealings with Lanyon Bowdler, we have always
been treated with courtesy and respect.
Due to retirement within their firm, a new solicitor took over
but the transition was seamless.
