My own personal case was extremely messy as I had separated from my wife several years previously and already paid her out as part of a separation agreement - she had however re-registered with Land Registry and wanted a second pay out.
Evolve and Robin were recommended to me and we set up a first meeting. Obviously the whole process is extremely worrying and very stressful and while it wasn't necessarily always what I wanted to hear Robin was very honest and provided all the relevant warnings about what could be from the outset, just as he should.
Since then he (and later Sarah) have carried out this case for me over the last year.
Robin, in particular was extremely challenging in dealing with my ex-wife's lawyers and pushed back continually rather than just give in to demands. We had meetings throughout the whole process and I was always in a position of understanding what could take place.
He is professional and extremely tenacious when he needs to be and while there were bumps in the road we got through it.
There are obviously unavoidable costs throughout, however I believe that with Robin's determination to get a result we got there in the end. I would not hesitate to use Robin if you are facing such stressful times.

Best in the UK
My divorce was unexpected within months of moving abroad and it severely affected my metal health. Review for Sarah and Team
I have been under sarah for a while now about an ongoing case. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and she simplifies everything so i can understand it. She has got me very far in my case, it isn't over and she has had a-lot to deal with on the other side but I couldn’t of asked for anymore from her. She puts me at ease and i feel fully calm that she has it all in hand. Cant thank her enough!
All the other staff i have delt with too have been great, friendly and efficient.

Family Courts
I had an extremely long family court process which spanned over the best part of 2 years. Sarah was always on hand to support and give advice. The quality of the statements were excellent.
