Marzena Puzniak joined the Mental Health Law team and brings with her a wealth of experience as both a skilled mental health law practitioner, but also with a background in the care sector that gives her valuable insights. Marzena advocates for clients at and First-Tier Tribunal hearings as well as at Hospital Managers Hearings, as well as representing her clients at CPA/s.117 meetings. Marzena takes a keen interest in complex forensic matters and gives pragmatic and easy to understand advice that our client value greatly. Marzena holds accreditation under the Law Society‘s Mental Health Tribunal scheme, which demonstrates that holders have a high level of knowledge and expertise in the area of mental health law and practice. Marzena speaks fluent Polish and is able to accept instruction from Polish speakers at short notice without the need to arrange an interpreter which can cause delays.
