The service that we have received from Rachael was exceptional. All the way through Rachael was one set ahead of all the other solicitors with her professional attitude and speed in tackling issues.

House purchase
I'm really hoping I'll never have to move again but if I do I won't think twice about asking Rachael for her assistance again. Her calm, caring and patient nature were exactly what I needed when things were stressful. Her knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I'm extremely grateful to Rachael for guiding me over the finishing line to purchase my lovely new home.

Professional, informative and knowledgeable
We used Meaby and Co for the sale of our property and the subsequent purchase of our new property, with Rachael acting as our solicitor. We encountered a number of stumbling blocks during the process of both the sale and purchase (all of which were out of Rachael's control)but she remained thoroughly professional and informative throughout ensuring the experience remained as efficient and stress free for my partner and I. Rachael's communication during the whole process was exemplary, keeping us updated on proceedings regularly. Rachael's legal knowledge and know how was clearly very strong as she was able to oversee our lease extension application in a timely manner, despite a neighbour initially warning us that their application had taken nearly a year to complete. One issue we faced was our initial purchase falling through due to the seller having a change of heart, this created a large stress for us as we were close to exchanging on our sale. Again though, Rachael was faultless, showing real compassion when informing us of the breakdown in Purchase and being as supportive as she could in providing options for us to continue with the sale while restarting our property search. Rachael was also able to expertly manage the buyer of our property and their solicitors, in order to give us enough time to make living arrangements for ourselves without the risk of losing out on our sale. In summary, we couldn't recommend Rachael highly enough for the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use Rachael for future Sales/Purchases.

Really proactive and helpful service
We found Rachael via a web search and the reviews were good. She also came recommended (after we had already engaged with her) by our estate agent. The service was brilliant. Great communication and very engaged. Would happily recommend her services.

Super efficient
Cannot recommend enough, we were kept updated at all times, fully trusted Rachael which made the whole process much less stressful. Rachael was also very efficient, actioned thinks very quickly and was also quick to respond to us. She also highlighted key information for us which also made the process much easier. Very friendly and professional, a real asset to your team.

Great service
Stephen and Rachael have provided us with great service over the last few years. We have bought and sold a few properties via Meaby and Co. Their responses are always quick and helpful, and they have progressed things as fast as possible for us on a couple of purchases/ sales. Stephen has been a great help dredging up old paper work for me, as my record keeping didn't keep on top of all documents. Many thanks to you both, it's always a pleasure to work with you both, and nice to get back in touch with familiar people. We will be back if the need arises again down the line.
