Ross is a trainee solicitor within Thompsons’ Road Traffic Accident team based in the Glasgow office. He is involved in a range of pre-litigated and litigated work. He represents clients in both the Sheriff Court and All-Scotland Personal Injury court. Ross is passionate about helping others and takes great pride in his work. Before joining Thompsons, Ross gained experience as a claims handler at an insurance company. He was involved in the first notification of loss team within the motor insurance department. As such, he understands the importance of helping people to recover what they can following road traffic accidents. Ross has also worked as a legal assistant in a busy general practice law firm. He gained important experience working under an experienced Solicitor which he has applied to his current role. He worked with matters including family law, criminal injuries compensation and private client law. Ross is excited to progress his traineeship and gain further experience in personal injury law with Thompsons.
