Anthony is an English qualified lawyer advising clients on corporate and commercial legal matters. He attended Durham University where he studied Geography before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in London. Anthony trained at Fieldfisher LLP where he undertook training in the areas of litigation, corporate, construction and regulatory law. Following his training, Anthony moved to Withers LLP where he specialised in venture capital law, acting for founders and venture capitalists on multiple workstreams including funding rounds (seed rounds through to exit), bridging rounds and share option plans. Anthony also has specialist experience in other corporate matters including corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Anthony grew up in London. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, cycling, trying new restaurants, meditation and visiting his family in Greece.
