She was unfailingly kind, helpful and informative and, in the middle of the Covid pandemic, was reassuring that we would complete on the purchase for my Mum. Rachel gave me time to explain the circumstances and listened to my concerns. In a nutshell she showed me empathy and sympathy and that inspired such confidence. Yes, all is now satisfactorily concluded. When the time comes to sell the property my Mum is in, we shall be asking for them to act again for us. I don’t think there’s a higher recommendation than that!
