I used this company in preference to my girlfriend's own insurance company under duress.
I dont know who recommended them to me or how they got my details, but they were phoning me up within an hour of the accident. I suspect the out of hours accident reporting hotline passed my details on to them.
They promised me the earth saying they would get the best compensation etc etc.
After a few months they phoned me with a derisory offer which i rejected and told them the very least i would accept or i would go to court.
After a further month or so they have just transferred the derisory amount straight into my bank account without a letter,phone call,email or explanation.
I am disgusted and will take this to the ombudsman. They are a poor company and one to avoid for road accident compensation claims.
