I have been a commercial property agent now for over 40 years and had dealings with literally hundreds of solicitors in that time. Transactions always go more easily when solicitors cooperate with their clients agents and don't try and reinvent the wheel. I can say that in my time as an agent there are probably no more than a dozen soliocitors who have kept myself and my client fully informed of what was going on once the transaction went into solicitors hands but within that dozen and currently top of my list of people I would use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, is John Lomax.
In my opinion a first class lawyer.

New Premises Leasing Arrangements
John recently led all legal aspects of a long term lease for Howorth Air Tech of brand new premises at Raven Locks in Salford, the lease of which is critical for Howorth to manufacture Pharmaceutical Equipment for the production of the most advanced life saving drugs for Cancer treatment. This proved to be an extremely challenging process but all the way through John Lomax was tenacious, focused and operated with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Through periods of extremely high stress for the Howorth team John's communications were second to none. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend John for anyone wishing to buy or rent premises.
