Have Loved my experience with Sweeney Miller! Purchasing my first home, I have had Kolshuma B & Chloe C throughout the entire process. They have both been so informative, patient and responsive with all my questions.
Communication has been spot on at all times, via email or phone. If I needed to speak to them I would just drop a email asking to give me a call and I never waited long for a response.
My Estate agents have been very impressed with the quick response and also detail that they look into To ensure all is as it should be.
Kolshuma has been my main point of contact and I am very grateful to her for making this experience run smoothly. I will certainly use them again, and I’m happy to recommend.

Done Deal
We were initially wary of using a ‘remote’ solicitors ( Sunderland is not local to Milton Keynes…) for our house sale but we need not have been. Communication was excellent throughout and we were updated at every step. Due to our circumstances, we were on a tight deadline for exchange and completion and our solicitor still got the job done. We received a friendly, professional service (dealt with the same person throughout the process) and felt that they had our back. Nobody likes paying solicitors fees but in this case we feel we had value for our money.
