Roger has a wide range of experience in the following matters:- • High net worth clients in financial remedy proceedings; • Paternity fraud- initially representing Richard Rodwell in a 2013 case which established a precedent for liability and damages in this type of case through to the case of Richard Mason on 2019 where substantive damages was recovered from his ex-wife by order of the County Court in Birmingham; • Professional sport- Roger has represented football clubs with regards to ownership disputes, transfers, tribunals in England and before the Court for Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. Roger has also represented many professional footballers, managers and coaches.
