After returning to Scotland, she resumed work in homelessness prevention, providing emergency lay court representation in Airdrie and Hamilton Sheriff courts in summary cause eviction actions. Freyja has a strong interest in Personal Injury, having completed her dissertation on examining development risks as a defence to medical product liability claims under the Consumer Protection Act.
