From a client perspective, the completion of the very detailed questionnaire in order to set up an appointment was a bit onerous and time consuming. In my view at least some of the questions could have followed an initial consultation in order to establish the customer's basic wishes and concerns. However, the advice and support provided by Debra Bulcraig and her team from the initial consultation through to the execution of the Will was excellent.

Debra made me feel very relaxed about the whole matter as it was a little complex. Having conducted the initial meeting through zoom, which can be a little impersonal, the answers to important questions were teased out. This led to other investigations to confirm the actual position for the Will to be concluded. It was nice to meet Debra face-to-face when signing my Will and I thank her wholeheartedly for her care and attention.
