Probate
We contacted TSP last year (as my father had his will made out with them) to arrange an application for power of attorney.
Adina Milleare called to see us and arranged the application for us.
Sadly my fathers health declined and he passed away in November, so we once again engaged TSP to take care of all matters including probate and the sale of dads property.
Adina once again looked after us, showing us compassion and understanding after our loss. I can not speak to highly of the service we received throughout the process with TSP.
We’d also like to thank Catherine and Richard who dealt with the sale of dads property and of course Adina who kept us up to date and was available to speak to at anytime if we had any queries etc.
I’d be very happy to recommend TSP to anyone wanting their services for probate and the legal side of property sales.

Very easy process from start to finish. Adina was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and completed our will request according to our wishes. All documents were sent out promptly. Very happy with service and would use again.

I needed to update my will. I had a meeting to discuss the changes and was surprised how much had changed legally since my original will was written. Adina was very friendly and professional and we went through my will, the changes I wanted to make and she explained all the technical stuff. The draft was sent through, I only had a couple of tweaks. We had a second meeting to confirm I was happy and to sign the new will. It was a very painless process which I had been putting off. I was very pleased with the service provided.
