Natasha is commended her ability to grasp complex issues quickly and identify a strategy for underpinning a defence including the appointment of specialist experts and counsel to compliment the defence team. Natasha’s rapid rise has led to her appointment to the firms Very High Cost Case (VHCC) team, dealing with some of the largest most complex cases within the firm. Natasha is currently representing a client charged with a serious pension fraud and due to be tried in September 2024. Since early 2023, Natasha has been part of the defence team representing the managing director of a company based in Isle of Man in respect of complex regulatory matters currently being investigated by Financial Conduct Authority, a case which has featured in the Sunday Times and complicated by multijurisdictional issues. Alongside representing business professionals, Natasha has also acted for those in the medical profession such as in the case of R v Y where Natasha secured the acquittal of a doctor charged with serious sexual offences. Natasha’s personable nature makes her readily available to assist even the most vulnerable of clients, as is the case with R v Z who is the principal defendant charged with Murder and awaiting trial.
