Quick conveyancing service
I used this solicitor for a flat purchase. I was very happy with the service, it was the quickest purchase I've ever made and we completed in under 9 weeks.
I went through the same process last year for my mother, a flat in the same building, with a different solicitor, it took 4 months and was very painful, whereas Anne Cuthbert's made it all very easy.
Make sure you check the figures, as a few clerical errors did sneak in, but nothing major and none in their favour.

Poor Communications
There appears to be a high turnover of Solicitors at this organisation and perhaps this affects the everyday functions there. They remain really quite uncommunicative, which is starling for a firm of solicitors. I have chosen not use these charlatans and have taken my business elsewhere. Please be mindful that if you want to use a SERIOUS firm of solicitors, then they're better options within the Croydon area.
