Conveyancing service - sale of my mother's house.

Excellent, professional and friendly conveyance service
My sister and I were delighted with the excellent service we received from Bannister Preston solicitors, particularly from Emilie, who handled most of our conveyance process. She was very helpful and friendly and kept us well informed at every stage. She showed amazing patience and professionalism when dealing with our buyer’s exasperatingly pedantic solicitor.

Professional & Efficient
I found the conveyancing process through Bannister to be a lot more straightforward than a previous firm I had used. Emilie & Neelam were both knowledgeable, efficient, easy to stay in contact with & there seemed to be steady progress each week which resulted in a positive outcome to meet our agreed completion date.
