I made an awful mistake instructing Lyn Clemo to handle sale of a house without reading reviews and am writing this to help others avoid making the same mistake.

Lyn Clemo was Unprofessional, Unhelpful and Uncooperative and created unnecessary tension with the buyer’s solicitors who complained about the rude language and unacceptable responses and warned that if that continued it would affect the transaction.

The buyers aborted the purchase and I was appalled when I read the exchanges between C.L. Clemo & Co and Bramhall Solicitors.

Instead of trying to work together for the benefit of the clients the two solicitors started exchanging insults and intent to report each other to their governing body.

If I had instructed Bramhall Solicitors they would have also received very poor review.

I am reporting Lyn Clemo to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman.

I sincerely hope they will review the detailed evidence and take appropriate action for the unnecessary distress and financial loss caused by unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

I also hope others who have had an awful experience as registered in other reviews have also reported C.L. Clemo & Co to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman.

I would never use C.L. Clemo & Co or Bramhall Solicitors and would advise others to check reviews to avoid making the mistake I made.
