Really pleased

Excellent throughout
The handling of this matter was excellent throughout. Sue Mullis is a very pleasant, courteous and emphatic lady. The involvement of other staff members such as Jane Maher meant a seamless handling of the case even through holiday periods.

Welcoming, efficient and approachable
