Eloise joined Kitson Boyce in October 2021, after working for a transatlantic Top 20 UK Law firm for almost 12 years. Her experience includes: Advising various companies (large and small), energy suppliers and retailers on debt-recovery (particularly with a property and insolvency focus). Advising LPA Receivers and Lenders regarding the enforcement of legal charges (including pre and post appointment advice, and commencing possession proceedings against named tenants and trespassers, and mortgagee in possession claims). Advising Local Authorities and other registered providers of social housing regarding the day-to-day management of their properties, including commencing proceedings for possession, and obtaining injunctions to prevent anti-social behaviour. Outside of work, Eloise enjoys gardening and growing her own food, as well as baking and cooking for friends and family. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, especially walks on the beach collecting sea glass.
