Alli spent most of the last 20 years in the NHS, as a Practice Manager for a large GP Practice. At the surgery she had to be efficient and organised, but also had to care about people. She absolutely loved managing the large team of GPs, nurses and staff and thrived on building a strong, positive team who enjoyed coming to work. This also included the well-being and care of the patients, making sure, they were pleased with the service offered. Alli is now using the skills that she learnt in the GP world at Rise Legal. She likes to come up with solutions, ease workload for others and help someone achieve their goals. She has a very positive attitude that helps with everyday life and has fast become a great asset to the team. Her spare time is spent with my family and friends, walking her dog and trying to be as present as possible to enjoy whatever is going on around me.
