In particular, he deals with: Renewable Projects including the grant of options and leases for solar farms, battery storage projects and other forms of renewable energy. Paul also acts for landowners selling the income stream from such projects and ancillary matters such as the grant of easements and entering into direct agreements. Development – Paul acts for both sellers and buyers in relation to developments, including dealing with promotion agreements, conditional contracts, options, pre-emption agreements and overage arrangements plus ancillary matters such as entering into agreements relating to the management of phosphate. Sales and purchases – Paul acts for both sellers and buyers in relation to the sale and purchase of a wide variety of properties including Estates, farms, industrial units and other commercial property. Landlord and Tenant – Paul acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to the grant of leases and agreements for lease for a wide variety of properties including industrial units, offices, new developments, agricultural tenancies and mines and minerals.
