Fantastic support
Piers and Hannah have provided fantastic support over the past year – we are a fast growing company and they have been able to meet and exceed our need for fast turn around times. They clearly understand the SaaS workplace solutions industry and have been an enormous help both on commercial contract upgrades and negotiations and also data protection compliance issues (particularly around Brexit).

Happy to recommend
ClaydenLaw were recommended to us as SaaS specialist lawyers and they have not disappointed. Hannah has helped with a very thorough overhaul of our terms and conditions and we have worked very closely with Piers on a number of projects on an almost daily basis. He is a pleasure to deal with – approachable and engaging which is a refreshing change from the more formal lawyers we might have dealt with in the past. He is a courteous negotiator that always strives to reach pragmatic solutions whilst protecting our commercial positions. Happy to recommend Piers and Hannah as technology law specialists.

Highly professional and proactive
We started working with ClaydenLaw in June 2018. We were looking for a comprehensive relationship with a law firm capable of delivering a full range of commercial legal services in relation to ViewPoint’s market-leading software for business products. Since then I have worked closely with Hannah and have been deeply impressed with her extensive knowledge of SaaS contracting issues and the implications of data protection law for providers of cloud-based SaaS products. Hannah has proven to be highly professional and proactive, providing quick turn-around times and exemplary quality work.

Absolutely fantastic
I have nothing but praise for ClaydenLaw. Piers and, in particular, Hannah, were absolutely fantastic. We really couldn’t have got to 25th May 2018, in a compliant fashion, without their guidance. ClaydenLaw has made a material difference to the way we work and contributed, directly, to Amberjack's ongoing success. With ClaydenLaw, we know we have a partner who we can trust to deliver practical advice on time and on budget and we look forward to continuing to work with them as GDPR best practice beds in.
