Sweeney Miller have been fantastic for our house purchase. Our mortgage adviser provided us with a list of approved companies one of which was Sweeney Miller. They had 100% satisfaction rating, I also looked at Google reviews which are equally as good. I would like to mention Shanine, she was great. Very responsive, informative and pushed our purchase. It's clear why they are rated so highly and I would fully recommend their services.

Very approachable, always helped me with my queries. I had no experience and she helped me with all the questions that I had. Made all go fast and with no headache from my side.

Purchasing first house
Very efficient and thorough service.
Well informed and knowledgeable.
Some responses took longer than expected. I was not always informed of things happening (enquiries /sending mortgage deed).

Responsive and Informative
From the beginning we have had a positive experience. We were informed throughout, which all matters where fully explained to us. Whenever I had any questions the responses where quick and efficient. The portal was easy to use, made progress simple and kept me informed.

Re-mortgage
Shanine Bradley dealt with my case - I found her to be polite, helpful & very efficient. She kept informed of every step of the process, & if she was every frustrated with my lack of understand, it certainly didn't show. As I've never dealt with this kind of situation before it was very reassuring to have Shanine in my corner.

Windsor Tce
This was the first time that that I have used a solicitor outside my local area, utilising the internet and phone calls for communication, rather than face to face . As opposed to past experiences involving solicitors Sweeney Miller always answered my phone calls and actioned.

Excellent service
Shanine Simpson and Mitchell Miller were our solicitors for a change of mortgage provider and consolidation of our Help to Buy loan. The process was seamless and everything was organized effectively and efficiently. Both solicitors were very prompt in replying to emails and requests for information. This was invaluable during what can be a stressful process for clients. Thank you and we will definitely be using you services in the future.

£849 quote, £1595 bill!
We used Sweeney Miller accountants at the recommendation of our mortgage advisor. When we first contacted, we were quoted a legal bill of £849.99 to remortgage our house. Throughout the whole process, we were only notified once that there would be an extra cost of £275+vat. However, the final bill came in at £1595.04 with no justification. I sent this to our mortgage advisor who said we shouldn't pay the bill as it wasn't what we were quoted! We got in touch with the solicitors on the day of completion, as we had just been sent the bill, to query it. They were adamant that this was correct and that if we didn't pay it that day we would incur another £800 to pay on top of the £1595. We were forced to pay the outstanding bill that day to the dismay of our mortgage advisor and still have no justification for the inflated price. Not only this, the whole process took 5 months, something else we weren't expecting.

We have looked into your matter, and it appears that the quote that was generated for you did not include several elements of the transaction, which only came to light when we were dealing with the matter. At that point, as you acknowledge below, we did advise you of the additional fee. We would be keen to discuss this further with you as we would never knowingly overcharge for something that we are not entitled to.
