Tula qualified as a Solicitor in 1997. Since 2000 she has specialised in Family Law, she is a member of Resolution, she is also an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel.
Tula has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including Divorce, Dissolution, Judicial Separation, Co-habiting couples and Children matters as well as Financial Remedies and applications for Orders under the Family Law Act 1996 (Injunctions). Tula deals with all aspects of matrimonial Finances including pre and post nuptial agreements, complex arrangements involving Trusts, Business and International assets and high net worth individuals.
Tula also deals with issues between unmarried couples, including cohabitation and separation agreements and claims under the provisions of The Appointment of Trustees and Trust of Land Act 1996.
Tula deals with all aspects of the law relating to Children, including Child Arrangements, Specific Issues, (for example relating to a child’s name, education, or religious instruction), applications to remove a child from the jurisdiction and financial claims for children which go beyond the provisions of the Child Maintenance Service guidelines, including claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Divorce

First class!
Jane and Tula were amazing and guided me through what would otherwise have been quite a stressful process.

Highly professional and supportive
Tula worked relentlessly to ensure the myself and the children had the best possible outcome from legal proceedings. She was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout a very difficult and lengthy divorce. Her extensive knowledge of the law meant that she ensured a good outcome in the most complex situations, throughout the process.

Amazing
Tula and her team are amazing.. From the off she showed empathy and leadership. The upmost professionalism was displayed at all times... throughout my case I never felt alone and that Tula and gaviin had my back.. The most important factor for me was they were driven by the best outcomes for my children and I wouldn't use any other legal firm again! Thank you so much.

Excellent
My experience with Complete Family Law was very professional, comforting and reassuring. The situation I had at the time was something that I didn’t think could be resolved, but I was wrong. Fantastic child centred family solicitors
