Have used a number of different firms for conveyancing in the past. But Ian and his team have been by far the best. I was kept informed through out and problems that arose they dealt with immediately. Would recommend and will be using again.

Help with 3 legal issues

Good and friendly service
This is not the first time we have used Ian's services and as usual he was very helpful, talks plain English and we will miss him when he eventually retires.

Ian Groome amazing
Ian Groome is so easy to get on with and speak to, he actually speaks plain English and doesn't try to blind you with science. Not sure what we will do if he retires.

Excellent conveyancing
Ian Groome was extremely efficient and helpful. He was warm and friendly and did his best to overcome even the circumstances that were not within his control. I couldn’t have had better assistance when buying and selling. Even though my move was only a quarter of mile away in the same village. Thank you Bowsers for your professionalism.

Easy, Quick and personable
